Ghazi Wins Best Telugu Film Award
The 65th National Film Awards are all set to be announced today. The awards will be handed out on May 3. The 65th edition will honor the films released in 2017. Here the buzz is Ghazi wins best Telugu film Award. Indias first Submarine film Ghazi ended up winning the national award for best Telugu film award. The film was directed by Sankalp Reddy. In this film, Raga Daggubati, Taapsee Pannu, Kay Kay Menon, Atul Kulkarni are playing lead roles in this film.
The story of the film based on the mysterious sinking of PNG Ghazu during the Indo-Pakistan War in 1971. The Jury has been extremely impressed the film’s content and awarded as Best Film In Indian films. Actress Taapsee Pannu expressed her happiness for receiving the best film award for her film Ghazi. Other Indian films and actors received more than 6 or 7 National Awards by 65th National Awards.
Newton is an Indian comedy-drama film. It has been named as the best Hindi Film and wins Best Hindi Film Award. Veteran actress Sri Devi also wins the best actress award for her outstanding performance in MOM film. MOM is a crime thriller film directed by Ravi Udyavar. In this film, Sridevi had played a Biology Teacher Devki Role. She gave an extraordinary performance to this film. So, she wins this 65th National Award. The director of this film Ravi Udyawar expressed his happiness.
Baahubali also wins two awards one for Best stunts and another one for best popular film. The director of Baahubali, SS Rajamouli, Leading role actors and Actress, Prabhas, Ran Daggubati, Tamannaah, Anushka, Ramya Krishna, and Katappa role actor Satya Raj also got enough response to this film. Music director AR Rehman got Best Music award and Best background score composer award also.
