  • 4 Eggs
  • Onions one large cup
  • 3 chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt Required
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste

Method For Preparation:

Take a vessel made from loamy soil add eggs and steam them after that take the peel of the eggs,  set the container correctly on the desi stove, now add four tablespoons of oil let the oil heat, now  chilies curry leaves let them fry,  now add onions and ginger garlic paste let them fry till reddish brown color, now one by one add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, blend properly cover it with a lid, let it cook for 10 min’s open the lid and serve it with the fresh coriander leaves.
